At least twice a week Raindance Hostel offers a FREE shuttle to Playa Mangos. As it's the best place on the Island to watch the sunset the shuttle leaves Raindance at 4.30pm and returns at 6.30pm. Sorry outsiders, the free shuttle is exclusively for people staying with us at Raindance. 

Don't miss our super fun casino nights! They are free to play but you can win real prizes. Twice a week Raindance Hostel hosts Casino Night where we play Blackjack, Roulette and sometimes a cheeky game of poker gets going. 

Every Monday at 7pm we host several legendary rounds of "Killer Pool". It's a group game of pool with a twist which makes it easier to play and fun for the most inexperienced of players. There is usually a free barrel of fruity rum punch being dished out as well as prizes for the winners of the games. 

At least twice a week Raindance hosts a movie night in our Air Conditioned mini theatre! It's a basic setup with cusions on the floor with some homemade benches but its hugely popular and free popcorn is provided. 

A jungle hike to one of Ometepe’s most beautiful waterfalls. Lush trails, epic views, and a refreshing swim at the end — worth every step.

We are the only hostel that takes the guests half way up the hill in our 4x4. The remaining hike is just 45 minutes. Bring swim gear for a little splash under the falls.

Karaoke Night at Raindance is all about letting loose, grabbing the mic, and having a laugh. From pop bangers and rock anthems to guilty pleasures, anything goes — talent optional.

We have an in-house professional tattoo artist who joins us weekly to make flash tattoos at reasonable pricing. 

Raindance is also infamous for having it's own tattoo machine rental for the hostel guests! At just $15 a turn you can try your hand at tattooing and create your own everlasting nightmare...
